The Macon Telegraph’s office at the Center for Collaborative Journalism (1675 Montpelier Ave. in Macon) will no longer accept walk-in customers, effective immediately, due to CDC guidelines amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis.

For assistance with delivery or to make a payment, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-323-1222 or 1-800-679-6397 Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. The automated system can handle your request 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also manage your account online at www.macon.com/myaccount.
