Body recovered from boat landing in Pulaski County identified as missing Forsyth man
A body that washed ashore from the Ocmulgee River in Pulaski County has been identified as a missing Forsyth man.
Pulaski County sheriff’s officials found the body at Mile Branch boat landing Sunday night, according to a report from WMAZ-TV.
Sheriff Danny Brannen identified the body as 42-year-old Kevin Patterson on Wednesday, WMAZ-TV reported. Patterson was reported missing in January.
WMAZ reported someone was seen on video rolling Patterson’s car into the river from the same boat launch on Jan. 23.
Brannen told WMAZ there are no obvious signs of a crime.
