Coroner seeks family of woman who died in emergency room
Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones is asking for the public’s help with finding family members of a woman who died in a Macon hospital emergency room Tuesday.
Sharon Rhonda Smith went into cardiac arrest and was pronounced dead at the hospital. Smith’s sister was with her, but Jones said she has dementia and was admitted to the hospital. Smith’s sister said Smith has a son, but she was unable to share his name.
Anyone who knows Smith is urged to call Jones at 478-256-6716.
