‘Christmas came early’ for congressman who welcomed baby boy
One Georgia politician got an early Christmas gift on Tuesday.
U.S Rep. Austin Scott, R-Ga., announced on social media that his family welcomed a newborn son, John Philip Scott, on Tuesday, Dec. 5.
A photo of Scott with his wife, Vivien, and their newborn received nearly 500 reactions on Facebook, with almost 100 users sending their congratulations as of Tuesday afternoon.
Christmas came early for the Scott family this year! We are proud to introduce John Philip Scott! 8.5 lbs, 20.5 inches.
