Macon man, 95, dies at hospital after Twiggs County crash
A 95-year-old Macon man died at a hospital Thursday afternoon from injuries sustained in a crash earlier that day on Ga. 96 in Twiggs County.
James Stanley was pronounce dead at 1:55 p.m. at the Medical Center, Navicient Health, Twiggs County Coroner Harold Reece said.
Stanley was driving west on Ga. 96 near Bible Camp Road when his vehicle left the road and struck a tree, Reece said. A passenger was also taken to the hospital.
The crash happened about 10:15 a.m.
