Woman shot in neck inside west Macon apartments
A person was shot in the neck at a west Macon apartment complex late afternoon Tuesday, and Bibb County sheriff's deputies are investigating.
A 911 caller reported a woman was shot inside Blossom Hill Estates apartments, which is on Mercer University Drive across from Macon Memorial Gardens.
A young man was placed in the back of a patrol car shortly before crime scene tape was strung around the front door.
Calls to the sheriff's public information officers were not immediately returned.
