Man killed in crash on I-75 in Monroe County
A Loganville man was killed in a single-car crash on Interstate 75 in Monroe County early afternoon Monday.
Nathaniel Johnson was at the wheel of an utility truck, headed north near High Falls Road, when the truck apparently left the interstate and hit multiple trees about 1 p.m., Monroe County sheriff’s Sgt. Lawson Bittick said.
The 43-year-old electrical contractor was pronounced dead at the scene.
The interstate’s northbound lanes were blocked near mile marker 196 as the crash was being investigated.
