The public is invited to weigh in on the next phase of improvements to the Delores A. Brooks Recreation Center.
The forum will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Rosa Jackson Community Center since repairs are ongoing to the Brooks park’s sewage system, a news release said.
The next phase of improvements to the park formerly known as the East Macon Recreation Center will be paid for with $2.4 million in special purpose local option sales tax money.
Rosa Jackson is located at 1211 Maynard St.
WM2A Architects will draw the designs for the recreation center’s upgrades.
