A new restaurant in downtown Macon opened for business Monday.
Oliver’s Corner Bistro, at the corner of Poplar and Second streets, opened in the space where Ginger Stir Fry closed in August.
The lunch menu features six different salads and seven types of sandwiches. Entrees include chicken pesto pasta, a salad trio with sourdough toast points and honey bourbon glazed salmon.
Butternut squash and sage bisque, smoked salmon and pesto cheese bread are among the listed appetizers, according to a picture of the menu that the restaurant posted on Facebook.
