Gunman robs Flash Foods in Macon

A gunman robbed the Flash Foods on Vineville Avenue in Macon early Sunday.

A man wielding a handgun entered the store at about 3:45 a.m. and demanded money from the clerk, according to a Bibb County Sheriff’s Office release. He fled with an undisclosed amount.

He was described as a black male, approximately six feet, four inches tall and weighing 160 to 170 pounds. He had a silver semi-automatic pistol.
