U.S. 80 in Crawford County closed for six months

U.S. 80 at Hopewell Road, about 8 miles west of Roberta, will be closed for six months while the Georgia Department of Transportation replaces a culvert at Bailey Branch, according to a news release Tuesday from Crawford County Sheriff Lewis Walker.

Local traffic may use the highway, but others must detour on Ga. 128 to U.S. 19, the news release said.
