WalletHub: Georgia ties for 9th strictest state on DUI

Georgia ties with Washington and Delaware as the ninth strictest state when it comes to DUI enforcement, according to an analysis by WalletHub, a personal finance website.

To come up with the rankings, WalletHub analyzed enforcement rules across 15 metrics in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C.

WalletHub found that Arizona was the most strict state for DUI enforcement while South Dakota was the least.
