Middle Georgia reports more than 785 COVID-19 cases. Here is a breakdown by county

The Telegraph will provide an updated number of COVID-19 cases and deaths in Middle Georgia at noon and 7 p.m. every day.

The Georgia Department of Public Health reported 788 positive COVID-19 cases in Middle Georgia in its 7 p.m. Monday update, an increase of 20 cases since noon.

Baldwin County had the largest increase with 15 new cases. Houston County had four new reported cases. Peach County had two new cases. Macon and Jones each have one new case.

Bibb, Pulaski and Bleckley each had one case removed in the latest report.

Houston County also had one additional death.

As of Monday’s report, Washington, Monroe, Laurens, Wilkinson and Pulaski County each have one confirmed death from COVID-19 in addition to the 11 in Houston County, two in Peach County, four in Baldwin County and one in Bibb County.

  • Twiggs 4, 0

At 7 p.m., the state of Georgia reported 19,399 confirmed cases and 775 deaths, with 23 in Middle Georgia.
