Nearly 720 coronavirus cases reported in Middle Georgia. Here is a breakdown by county

The Telegraph will provide an updated number of COVID-19 cases and deaths in Middle Georgia at noon and 7 p.m. every day.

The Georgia Department of Public Health reported 717 positive COVID-19 cases in Middle Georgia in its 7 p.m. Friday update, up by 13 cases from noon.

As of Friday’s report, Washington, Monroe, Laurens, Wilkinson and Pulaski County each have one confirmed death from COVID-19 in addition to the 10 in Houston County, two in Peach County, two in Baldwin County and one in Bibb County.

Here’s a breakdown of cases and deaths by county:

  • Crawford 13, 0

  • Bleckley 6, 0

  • Twiggs 4, 0

At 7 p.m., the state of Georgia reported 17,432 confirmed cases and 668 deaths, with 20 in Middle Georgia.
