The median price per square foot for a home in Middle Georgia decreased in the past week to $110. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Middle Georgia was $123.
In the past week, a 1,768-square-foot home on Greenbriar Court in Middle Georgia sold for $195,000.
