Warner Robins Happy Hour Service Center relocates recycling center

The Happy Hour Service Center in Warner Robins has expanded its recycling center.

Happy Hour, also known as Houston County Association for Exceptional Citizens Inc., has relocated its recycling center to 89 Green St., but the collection center will remain at 202 North Davis Drive, according to a news release.

“The continued growth of the organization is contributed to a new service contract with Kohl’s Corp. and Hangers Unlimited,” the release said. “Our center is now recycling and re-purposing hangers for the large retailer furthering the job skills training we are able to offer to our individuals.”

Also the center plans to reopen its store, Recycled Treasures. The store allows Happy Hour Service Center to train individuals in the field of retail and merchandising. Proceeds directly benefit individuals’ health care needs. Customers can anticipate a facelift renovation for more of a retail atmosphere. Donations are still being accepted. If anyone needs assistance, call 478-929-6600.
