Macon-based Lowe Aviation Co. has overhauled its corporate structure and separated the fixed based operation division from its avionics and maintenance division.
Henry Lowe, owner of Lowe Aviation, will continue to own and oversee the FBO division and it will still be known as Lowe Aviation Co., according to a news release. The avionics and maintenance division, now known as Lowe Aviation Services, will continue with a new owner, CEO and President Karl Gardner.
Gardner, who owned Gardner Aviation Specialist in Peachtree City from 1993 to 2011, has more than 30 years of customer service experience in avionics and aircraft maintenance, the release said.
"With his unparalleled expertise and commitment to excellence, I am confident that Karl will carry on the legacy of quality and integrity this company was built on," Lowe said in the release.
