Savannah company buys second north Bibb County apartment complex

A Savannah-based company has bought its second north Bibb County apartment complex.

Kole Management Co., recently acquired Legacy at River Crossing, 1800 Wesleyan Drive, a 200-unit apartment, according to a news release. Last year, the company bought the Falls at Spring Creek, a 296-unit apartment complex adjacent to the newest acquisition. Both apartment communities are on Wesleyan Drive behind The Shoppes at River Crossing.

"Legacy at River Crossing is a great acquisition for Kole Management," President Jeff Kole, said in the release. "It's a well-maintained property in one of the best submarkets in Macon.

Kole owns and operates 13 apartment communities, including nine in the Savannah area, two in Macon and one each in Charleston and Augusta.
