H&R Block opens new office in north Bibb County

A new H&R Block retail tax office has opened in Macon.

The company will hold an open house 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Thursday at the new office at 242 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd., according to a news release.

H&R Block tax professionals will be available to talk about tax law changes, tax planning and other financial resources available through the office.

The company has about 12,000 company-owned and franchise retail tax offices worldwide.
