Winner of United Way car raffle from Warner Robins

Henry Scott was selected Friday as the winner of the car raffle sponsored by United Way of Central Georgia.

Scott will get to choose one of five vehicles from Jeff Smith Automotive, according to a news release. The raffle drawing took place at Jeff Smith Chevrolet in Byron.

"It is amazing to see the community come together to support this event so United Way of Central Georgia can positively touch even more lives each year," Eddie Norris, 2015 United Way campaign chairman and president/CEO of CB&T Bank of Middle Georgia, said in the release. "Thanks to our media partners, volunteers, Jeff Smith Automotive and the community, this year we were able to sell approximately 2,880 tickets out of 3000, which is the most we ever sold!"

United Way's annual campaign supports 46 programs delivered by 31 local Partner Agencies.
