What’s open, what’s not for Columbus Day

Banks: American Pride Bank, Bank of America, BB&T, Capital City Bank, CB&T Bank of Middle Georgia, CertusBank, Colony Bank, MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union, OneSouth Bank, Renasant Bank, Robins Federal Credit Union, State Bank and Trust and SunMark Community Bank will be closed Monday. Traditional branches for SunTrust Bank will be closed, and the in-store branches will be open. Wells Fargo will be open.

Government offices: Offices for the cities of Centerville, Gray, Perry and Warner Robins as well as offices for Houston, Jones and Twiggs counties will be closed Monday. Offices for the cities of Byron, Forsyth, Fort Valley, Jeffersonville and Roberta as well as offices for Macon-Bibb, Crawford, Monroe, Peach counties will be open Monday. The Division of Family and Children Services and the Labor Department will be closed Monday. State courts will be open, and federal courts will be closed.

Mail delivery: No delivery Monday.

Garbage: Garbage routes in the cities of Byron, Centerville, Fort Valley, Perry and Warner Robins as well as for Crawford, Houston and Peach counties will run on schedule. Garbage routes in the former unincorporated Bibb County and in Macon’s former city limits will run on schedule.

Libraries: The libraries in Houston and Peach counties will be closed and the Middle Georgia Regional Library and branches will be closed Monday.
