Hyundai Drops Hot Ioniq 9 Lease Deals This June
The 2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9 S is leasing for $369 per month, and that number should stop anyone shopping for a three-row electric SUV in their tracks. This is Hyundai's largest EV, built on the same 800-volt E-GMP platform as the IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6, and the lease pricing undercuts nearly every electric SUV of this size on the market. For context, the MSRP is $60,555, and the net capitalized cost comes in at $42,175, which means Hyundai is subsidizing this lease heavily to get buyers into the IONIQ 9 during its launch window. The offer expires July 1.
The 2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9 Lease Deal
The offer covers the 2026 IONIQ 9 S with rear-wheel drive. MSRP is $60,555 including destination. Monthly payments are $369 for 36 months, with $3,999 due at signing. That upfront amount includes the first month's payment of $369 and a $3,630 capitalized cost reduction. No security deposit is required. The actual net capitalized cost is $42,175, which includes a $650 acquisition fee. Registration, tax, title, license, processing, documentation and emission fees are excluded.
Mileage is capped at 10,000 miles per year, with a $0.20 per mile overage charge. At lease end, the purchase option is $35,121 plus a $300 purchase option fee (waived in CO, FL, IN, DC, SC, HI, PA and SD). A $400 disposition fee applies if you return the vehicle, with state-specific limitations in CO, IN, IA, KS, ME, OK, SC, WI, WV and WY. The deal requires approved credit through Hyundai Motor Finance and is available to well-qualified lessees. Dealer contribution may vary and could affect the final payment. Delivery must be taken from new retail stock by July 1, 2026. A special retail balloon offer is also available in AL, AR, LA, MS, NM, OK, TN and TX as an alternative financing path.
What You're Getting
The IONIQ 9 is Hyundai's flagship electric SUV, and it enters the market as one of the few three-row EVs available at any price. The S trim is the entry point to the lineup, but it rides on the same 800-volt architecture that enables ultra-fast DC charging speeds. That means stops at a compatible charger can add significant range in under 20 minutes, which is a meaningful advantage for families taking road trips.
The interior is designed around maximizing passenger space, and the three-row layout offers genuine usability in all three rows rather than treating the third row as an afterthought. Standard equipment on the S trim includes a digital cockpit with dual displays, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Hyundai's SmartSense suite of active safety features. The RWD configuration covered by this lease keeps the entry price lower while still delivering smooth, quiet electric performance. The IONIQ 9's styling follows Hyundai's Aerosthetic design language with a distinctive silhouette that sets it apart from everything else in the three-row segment.
The Bottom Line
This is one of the most aggressive launch lease deals on any EV this year. At $369 a month for a three-row electric SUV with an MSRP above $60,000, Hyundai is clearly prioritizing volume during the IONIQ 9's early months on the market. The buyer this serves is the family that has been waiting for a three-row EV that doesn't cost $80,000 or more per month to lease. The 10,000-mile annual cap and $0.20 overage charge are the standard caveats, and the RWD configuration means no all-wheel drive on this particular offer. But for the price, the IONIQ 9 S delivers a combination of space, technology and electric range that no competitor can match at this monthly payment. It expires July 1.
