New build-to-rent homes going up in Warner Robins. How much will they cost per month?
Looking for place to rent with the privacy of a home but with the amenities of apartment living?
Grove Landing, a single-family build-to-rent community, will offer more than 300 rental homes with two, three or four bedrooms with the monthly rent ranging from $1,850 to $2,350 that includes all yard and home maintenance.
Community amenities expected are a swimming pool, cabana, large playground, pocket parks and a playfield, according to a new release from Alpharetta-based Parkland Residential.
“With so many new jobs and population growth in Warner Robins, families need quality housing options, Grove Landing will provide beautiful new homes with a maintenance-free lifestyle and resort amenities without the burdensome cost of owning a home,” Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Residential.
The development
Funded with a nearly $22.5 million loan from Flordia-based Forman Capital, the first phase of the project will add 109 rental homes on 60-foot-wide lots. A total of 317 homes are expected to be built.
The homes offer “dolled-up craftsman-style elevations with lots of gingerbread,” a half to full-sized front porches and a carport, according to the release.
Square footage ranges from 985 square feet for the two-bedroom plan to 1,275 square feet for three bedrooms to 1,475 square feet for the four-bedroom plan. Five different front elevations are available for three home plans.
The development is near the corner of U.S. 41 and Dunbar Road.
The new housing development is listed at 3930 U.S. 41 within the Centerville tax district, according to Houston County property tax records.
The new address for Grove Landing will be 1280 Dunbar Road. The property will be managed by Lincoln Property Company. For more information, call 404-671-8268.
