Geico in Macon promotes several employees
Kristi Aracri has been promoted to a regional office Midwest theft supervisor. She started her Geico career in 2013 as a salvage total loss specialist. In 2015 she advanced to a compliance auditor and due to her success was selected for the supervisor preparation program.
Kahla Braddy has been promoted to a regional office Southeast customer service supervisor. In 2016 she joined the company in the management development program and completed the program and several rotations within the service department.
Jared Bailey has been promoted to a regional office Midwest claims supervisor. He started his Geico career in 2014 in the management development program and moved through all levels of claims successfully.
Sean-Patrick Caldon has been promoted to a regional office Southeast liability claims supervisor. He started his Geico career in 2010 in accident tow and transitioned quickly into the claims department. He completed all levels of claims in the Midwestern unit, then moved to the Southeastern claims unit to complete his continuing unit rotation, handling Georgia losses, before his selection for the supervisor preparation program.
Emily Ard has been promoted to a regional office Southeast liability claims supervisor. She joined the Geico team in 2012 in liability claims and later moved to claims supervisor in 2016.
Shana Fennell has been promoted to a regional office Southeast liability claims supervisor. She started her Geico career in 2005 as a claims representative. She completed all levels of claims before becoming a claims supervisor in 2013.
Terry Murphy has been promoted to a regional office Midwest sales supervisor. He started his Geico career in 2013 as a sales representative and has held many roles in the department, including support coach to both sales training and transition. He successfully completed the supervisor preparation program.
Andrea Mydell has been promoted to a regional office Southeast claims supervisor. She started her career with Geico as a customer service representative in 1996. Mydell resigned from Geico in 2001 to assist with a family business and during that time became an independent insurance agent. She returned in 2008 as an entry level claims representative and went on to complete all levels of claims and the supervisor preparation program.
Dendrick Franklin has been promoted to a regional office Southeast claims supervisor. He started his Geico career as an emergency roadside service representative in 2006. Two years later he transitioned into the claims department where he moved through all levels of liability and successfully completed the supervisor preparation program.
Travis Dishburger has been promoted to a regional office Southeast claims supervisor. He started his career with Geico in 2015 as a liability claims representative. During claims training, he moved into the management development program, where he worked his way through all levels of claims.
Beth Howard has been selected for the Southeast claims supervisor preparation program in the regional office. She started her Geico career in 2013 as a claims representative, and she was a gold tier chairman’s club adjuster as well as a claims coach.
Tamara Smith has been selected for the Southeast claims supervisor preparation program in the regional office. She joined the Geico team in 2015 as a Southeast liability claims representative and has successfully moved through all levels of claims.
Lashawnda Floyd has been selected for the Southeast claims supervisor preparation program in the regional office. She began her Geico career in 2014 as a liability claims representative and moved up through all levels of claims.
Emily Jones has been selected for the Southeast claims supervisor preparation program in the regional office. She started her Geico career in 2013 as a liability claims representative. She moved through all upper level of claims and has most recently been a continuing unit examiner.
