Prayer for today (5/17/16)
Heavenly father, I am so grateful to be a mother. Nothing can ever change that. I thank you for allowing me to see another Mother's Day. Even through I had to work, I still had a wonderful day, because you allowed me to be here. Lord, I can say that every day is Mother's Day to me. People who have a living mother should treat her right every day, not just one day out of the year. Father, help our children see how blessed it is to have a living mother they can actually visit and talk to. That really is a blessing. Amen.
