Prayer for today (5/12/16)
Dear Father God, teach us that the footprints on the seashore of life’s troubles are indelible impressions that Christ has gone before us to lead us from the rocky shores of life to safe harbors. He’s with us to guide us through troubled waters to tranquility and triumph. We do not have to face life’s trials alone. Jesus is there with us. We can just take his nail-scarred hand and courageously follow him. For following in his footsteps will always end in victory.
