Prayer for today (3/24/16)
O holy and blessed Jesus , if we could only see the skyline of Jerusalem through your eyes as the time was drawing near to your Last Supper with your beloved disciples we would be amazed. You knew, even before you arrived, just what things would come. We remember you as a loving and kind, even part of us, beloved teacher, master, healer and friend. You were our everything that mattered then and now. We worship you in this season of Lent. We cannot see Jerusalem as you did, but Jesus, we follow you to Calvary's Cross every day of our lives . Without your sacrifice and resurrection, we would be eternally lost. O how we praise you and thank you for the blood that you shed for our sins. Hallelujah Lord, I pray. Amen.
