Prayer for today (3/20/16)

Dear Lord, when I went astray you were there. You kept me safe in my disobedience and I thank you. You strategically placed people in my path who stirred my spirit to repent and hunger and thirst for you. I'm grateful. You've kept me strong mentally and physically and I give you the praise. When my patience was tried, you were there. When I was lonely, abandoned and comfortless, you comforted me. Stay close to me and guide me on my new journey oh Lord. Help me to show somebody how much you love us in spite of ourselves. Strengthen me to keep you first in my life. Help me be who you created me to be. Do it Lord and I'll give you all the praise. In Jesus' name. Amen.
