Prayer for today (11/17/15)

My Dearest Father, we know prayer was a "way of life" for your son Jesus. Please give the people that same kind of passion and consistency. Father, we know how hard it is for you to accept all the pain and suffering we are going through. Please bless us to remember our ancestors, Robert F. Kennedy, John F. Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Rosa Parks, and all the rest who have gone before us. Thanks for sending Peter and Judas to help us see that your love for us is unconditional. In Jesus' name we are yours. Amen.
