Prayer for today (10/12/15)

O gracious Lord, look not away from me today, but illuminate that deepest crevice of my soul. Light the flame that is your holy word, casting away the works of darkness and putting on the armor of light. May it be, according to your will, a story of hope, of mercy and of grace. In your blessed name, Jesus, I pray. Amen.
