Prayer for today (9/24/15)

My dearest, most precious Jesus, it has been said, that if the only prayer you say today is “Thank you,” it will be sufficient. I just want to thank you for standing by me all the day through and for keeping watch over me at night. When you say the words,”Peace be stil,” it includes all of our troubles. It is often hard to find words to express our emotions, so therefore, saying thank you, for the multitude of times you carry us through hardships and grant us mercy and grace, is our humble prayer. Just saying thank you, for unnamed blessings that are so special only to ourselves, brings joy beyond measure. Thank you, Jesus, for giving your life to ensure our redemption and grant us life, eternal. Thank you most of all for loving us just the way we are. This, I pray, Amen.
