Prayer for today (8/16/15)

Our blessed Jesus, take us into your loving arms and give us peace of mind, heart and soul. Every day there are new things to pray for. There are not enough hours in the day to count them all in prayer. O, the innocent babies and children who are suffering from neglect and the lack of love and nurturing. We ask that you guide each one of us in making decisions that might help this present danger. Thank you for the many times unknown to us when you have reached out and held one of these in your hands of healing and mercy. Lord Jesus, help those who cannot help themselves. In your holy name, we pray, Amen.
