Prayer for today
Most gracious and loving Lord, we are very undeserving of your forgiveness in some of the many situations we find ourselves. Temptations are huge and at every turn. Self-righteousness just plagues us when times are doubtful. We often lack the faith that is needed in dealing with life’s decisions. These, your holy words, resound in our souls.’ I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me. Jesus, may the ones who read these words turn their eyes upon you. In your precious name, I pray. Amen.
