Pet of the week: Red “Piper”
Save A Pet Inc. (saveapetinc.org; saveapetincweb@gmail.com; 478-994-3882): Red “Piper” is a 5-month-old terrier mix. She’s intelligent, walks well on a leash and knows some basic commands. Piper is playful and affectionate. When it’s quiet, she likes to put her head in your lap and drift off to sleep. Her dark brown eyes watch your every move when you speak. She also has an uncanny way of acting like she understands every word you’re saying. Piper is spayed, microchipped and up to date on shots.
