Aria Pizza in Warner Robins is up for sale for $30,000 lock, stock and barrel.
“This is a phenomenal opportunity for an experienced cook looking to step into their own shop, or an operator looking to expand,” the Facebook post announcing the sale reads. “The space is fully built-out and ready to go.”
The “turnkey opportunity” means the restaurant is fully developed, equipped, and ready for immediate operation upon purchase.
Offering handcrafted pizzas, salads, baked wings, pasta, appetizers and desserts, the pie place at 133 Margie Drive, Suite 400, was previously an Uncle Maddio’s Pizza for years.
Wanting the freedom that comes with independent local ownership, owner Jeremie St. Pierre rebranded after the lease expired and reopened as Aria Pizza in late 2025.
The goal is to keep the pizzeria in operation under new ownership
St. Pierre put the pizzeria up for sale so he “can focus on his other exploding business,” commented Doug Sleeth, St. Pierre’s former partner, on the post.
Sleeth apparently posted the for-sale notice on Facebook on behalf of St. Pierre. The post was made in Robins To-Go, a popular Facebook group created and managed by the Robins Regional Chamber. A chamber official confirmed Tuesday afternoon that the Facebook post and the Aria Pizza sale offer are legitimate.
“Nooooooo the pizza is so good and has become our favorite spot,” Maxine Daigle reacted to the Facebook post in the comment section.
“It is not closing,” Sleeth commented. “Owner has another business and cannot oversee this one. Needs an on hand operator.”
What does the $30,000 price tag for Aria Pizza include?
Those interested in purchasing Aria Pizza have a couple of options, including taking over the brand - the name, recipes and existing social media presence, according to the Facebook post.
“Option B: Bring your own flavor. Bypassing the massive upfront costs, city permitting and months of contractor delays means you can easily convert this fully equipped kitchen into your own restaurant concept from Day 1,” the Facebook post reads.
The price tag includes all kitchen equipment, smallwares, prep stations, electronics, furniture and interior decor, according to the post.
“It’s a steal at the price for someone to make double that or more income,” Sleeth commented on the post.
The buyer may secure a new lease for the space, or explore transition options with the landlord, according to the post.
“Looking to transition the space to its new owner within the next two or three months,” the post reads.
How Aria Pizza got its start
Uncle Maddio’s Pizza opened August 2015 under then franchisee and Georgia native Tyler Mobley.
In November 2022, St. Pierre and Sleeth of the former Choice Pizzeria off Ga. 96 partnered 50/50 to purchase the restaurant from Mobley, St. Pierre previously told The Telegraph.
St. Pierre and Sleeth worked together for about six months, with St. Pierre then purchasing 40% of Sleeth’s interest, according to St. Pierre. In October 2024, St. Pierre became the sole owner by purchasing Sleeth’s remaining 10% interest.
When the franchise agreement expired, St. Pierre closed Uncle Maddio’s Pizza on Dec. 23, 2025. A few days later on New Year’s Eve, he opened Aria Pizza with its new look, its own menu and the same staff.
‘Serious inquiries only’ for Aria Pizza
“Serious inquiries only,” the Facebook post reads. “If you have the capital ready to deploy and want to view the equipment list or schedule a walk through, please send a direct message.
“Let’s talk!”
St. Pierre’s telephone number of 478-550-3396 and the email for his limited liability corporation of stpierrerestaurantgroup@gmail.com are also listed in the post.
Aria Pizza is nestled in a small shopping strip that includes Five Guys, 5 Star Nutrition, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Chipotle Mexican Grill near the Houston Galleria and in a hub of area restaurants.
St. Pierre could not be reached for comment prior to publication. Sleeth messaged Tuesday night that he posted the for-sale notice for his friend, St. Pierre, and referred comment to St. Pierre.
