Downtown Macon bar and grill is closing. Here’s the final service day
Vibez Brunch Bar and Grill, which has been in downtown Macon for a little over four years, is closing.
The restaurant’s upcoming closure was announced on Facebook. The operators of the restaurant’s account say Vibez will remain open until Oct. 19, when it will have its final day of service.
“Vibez Brunch Bar and Grill has been proud to serve Macon and Middle Georgia since July 2021,” management said in a Facebook post. “Our mission was to introduce something new to the area while creating opportunities for others, and together we (accomplished) both. Along the way, we helped build memories that will last a lifetime.”
The post also said Vibez will celebrate with a special lineup of events in its final month of service.
The venue, on Cherry Street, has regularly hosted watch parties and other special events.
