A renovated Chick-Fil-A in Macon has reopened with several new highlights, including a playground.

The Chick-Fil-A just off Eisenhower Parkway, which has been in operation for 17 years, reopened Tuesday after being redesigned. The company said in a news release that the reopened location now has a playground, an expanded parking lot, a drive-thru with multiple lanes, an upgraded kitchen and a break room for employees.

The location, which is at 5055 Brookhaven Road, is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The drive-thru will stay open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. As is typical for Chick-Fil-A restaurants, this location is closed on Sundays.
