Don’t put all your eggs in one basket this Easter.

The Macon, Georgia, area has several restaurants open for brunch on Sunday, so you won’t have to worry about feeding all your little peeps.

With the exceptions of fast food restaurants, home addresses and restaurants that will be closed on Easter, here are the best places to go for an egg-cellent Easter brunch:

What: This bistro cooks with only the freshest ingredients and offers a laid back, comfy atmosphere for friends and family to enjoy together. Marrow 41

Where: Bolingbroke at 7248 Alexander Court

When: Easter Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.,

What: If you’re not familiar with Marrow 41, it gets its name from serving its famous smoked bone marrow with cornbread and jelly. Call (478) 993-2200 for reservations.

Loom

When: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Easter Sunday

What: This Macon soul food classic offers a delicious brunch on Sundays, full of mouth-watering Southern cuisine. Brunch dishes are brisket hash breakfast, chicken ‘n waffles and chank, which is an open faced biscuit topped with smoked turkey, cooked to order eggs, American cheese, white gravy & a fried green tomato. Tom and Sandy’s Horseshoe Restaurant

Where: 194 Broad St. in Hawkinsville, Georgia

When: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What: You don’t want to miss this brunch. Choose from fried chicken, glazed smoked ham, roast beef, chicken and dumplings, and of course, classic sides like collard greens, creamed corn and green beans. The restaurant has a full menu posted online.
