New England Oyster House coleslaw dressing

2 cups mayonnaise

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons white vinegar

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Makes about 2-1/2 cups.

Blend ingredients thoroughly and chill. Use 1 cup dressing for each 8 ounces shredded cabbage. (That's about 2 cups or half a small head.) Leftover dressing may be refrigerated up to 1 month.

Nutritional information per tablespoon: 89 calories (87 percent from fat), 9 g fat, 6 mg cholesterol, 0.2 g protein, 3 g carbohydrate, no fiber, 71 mg sodium.
