This bakery coming to Warner Robins has vegan cinnamon rolls, cookie dough and more

A new bakery plans to open a store in Warner Robins to satisfy customer cravings for warm cinnamon buns.

Cinnaholic, a gourmet cinnamon roll bakery, posted a list on its website of new locations that are “coming soon,” and Warner Robins was among them.

Harry Patel, owner of the location, said the store will be located in a new building on Highway 96 next to the Advanced Auto Parts.

“It’s growing,” he said. “Everything is building up.”

Although Patel said they do not have a definite date for when the store will be open, he estimated construction will last another three months.

Warner Robins will be the first store in Middle Georgia, and the only other locations in Georgia are in Athens and Atlanta, according to Cinnaholic’s website.

The new location hasn’t started hiring yet, but Patel said they plan to hire around seven to 10 people.

Cinnaholic’s mission is to “solve everyone’s dessert cravings,” with create-your-own cinnamon rolls, made from scratch brownies and other sweet treats that are 100 percent vegan, dairy and lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free, according to its website.

“It’s going to be a unique one,” he said. “Non-vegans might like this, and it’s because of the lower calories, so people with dietary restrictions, they might like it.”

The company has 38 locations in the United States and Canada, and co-founders Shannon and Florian Radke opened the first bakery in downtown Berkeley, California, in 2010.
