Woman struck by car in Warner Robins

A woman was struck by a vehicle at Moody Road and Beverly Drive after 4:30 p.m. Monday in Warner Robins, according to a news release from the Warner Robins Police Department.

The woman was taken to a nearby hospital and her condition is not known, the release said.

Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area as portions of Moody Road will be closed as the scene is being investigated.
