Historic Macon to host low-interest loan workshop Thursday night

The Historic Macon Foundation will host a workshop at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Centenary Community Center for anyone interested in learning more about a low-interest loan program for properties in College Hill, Vineville and downtown, according to a news release from the foundation.

The workshop will cover a facade loan program, which exists to enhance the exterior appearance of a structure, an energy efficiency loan program and other low-interest loan programs managed by the foundation and made possible by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the release said.
