Sunday Morning Quarterback: Game balls

Khalil Alexander, Perry: The junior carried 17 times for 96 yards in the 13-7 loss to Peach County.

Javian Bradford-Jackson, Warner Robins: Taking over as starter at running back, Bradford-Jackson ran 22 times for 202 yards and two touchdowns in the road win over Greenbrier.

Josh Brooks, Windsor: The senior tailback ran 19 times for 249 yards and had one catch for 18 yards, scoring three touchdowns in a 51-8 victory over Dominion Christian.

Trey Brown, Macon County: The sophomore caught seven passes for 170 yards, an average of 24.3 yards per catch, with a 93-yard touchdown in the 52-20 win over Veterans.

Marquez Callaway, Warner Robins: The talented two-way player caught seven passes for 129 yards and two scores, and ran three times for 70 yards in the win at Greenbrier.

Quintez Cephus, Stratford: The senior split end had eight catches for 99 yards and three touchdowns in the Eagles’ 48-21 loss to Wesleyan.

Gavin Edmondson, Westfield: He caught two passes for 85 yards, including a 52-yarder for a score in the Hornets’ 49-21 win over Trinity Christian-Sharpsburg.

Derrick Evans, Central: The senior quarterback completed 17-of-31 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns with no interceptions in the Chargers’ 30-29 loss to Howard. He also ran for 45 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, Westfield: The veteran quarterback was an efficient 5-of-8 for 114 yards and two touchdowns.

James Graham, Fitzgerald: The sophomore quarterback accounted for 302 yards of offense (173 rushing and 129 passing) and two rushing touchdowns in the 35-14 win over Irwin County.

Zach Harvey, Mary Persons: Harvey carried 11 times for 119 yards with a touchdown, and caught three passes -- two for touchdowns -- for 67 yards in the Bulldogs’ 38-14 win over Washington County.

Desjuan Harris, Veterans: The senior ran 37 times for 214 yards and two touchdowns in the Warhawks’ loss to Macon County.

Nathan Hunt, Covenant: The sophomore tight end and defensive end had six solo tackles, five assists and 4½ tackles for loss, as well as a 36-yard touchdown catch, in the Rams’ 38-6 win over Nathanael Greene.

Jourdain Irvin, Covenant: The sophomore nose tackle had eight solo tackles, six assists, and two tackles for loss against Nathanael Greene.

Marquise Jackson, Windsor: The junior wide receiver had five catches for 109 yards and two touchdowns, a 68-yard punt return for touchdown, an interception and a forced fumble against Dominion Christian.

Robert Jarrell, Howard: The senior free safety had 12 tackles and a forced fumble against Central.

Seth Johnson, CFCA: Johnson ran for 67 yards and a touchdown, caught a touchdown pass, scored three point-after-touchdown conversions, made 10 tackles and had three interceptions in the Lancers’ 58-30 win over Heart Academy in GICAA eight-man football action.

Jake Johnston, Mary Persons: The veteran quarterback completed 14-of-24 passes with no interceptions for 211 yards and two touchdowns in the win over Washington County.

J.D. King, Fitzgerald: One of the state’s top rushers added 173 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries in the win over Irwin County.

K’Hari Lane, Macon County: The junior had the deep game working, with touchdowns of 78, 31 and 93 yards en route to 352 yards and five touchdowns on 12-of-19 passing in the Bulldogs’ romp over Veterans.

Destin Mack, Tattnall Square: The sophomore quarterback had nine rushes for 128 yards and a touchdown while also completing 3-of-6 passes for 50 yards and a score in the Trojans’ 14-0 win over Warren County.

Jimmy Marshall, Tattnall: The junior wide receiver and safety had two catches for 41 yards and a touchdown, three tackles, one tackle for loss and an interception against Warren County.

Tobias Oliver, Northside: The junior accounted for 225 of Northside’s 385 yards in total offense and two touchdowns -- one running, one passing -- in the romp over Evans.

Dan O’Neal, Mary Persons: The defensive lineman had five tackles, one for loss, one sack and a fumble return for a touchdown in the win over Washington County.

Donta Pate, Westside: The junior running back ran for 125 yards on 21 attempts in the Seminoles’ 30-10 win at Harris County.

Sim Patrick, Stratford: The senior quarterback completed 10-of-16 passes for 113 yards and three touchdowns against Wesleyan.

Christian Rodgers, Tattnall: The junior defensive lineman had 12 tackles and two tackles for loss against Warren County.

Antonio Sanders Jr., Central: The junior running back ran for 107 yards on 25 carries against Howard.

Vasco Sanders, Tattnall: The junior defensive end had 13 tackles and a tackle for loss against Warren County.

JaQwun Stinson, Howard: The senior running back had 16 carries for 148 yards and a touchdown, four receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown, and two 2-point conversions against Central. He also had five tackles and punted six times with a 36-yard average.

Noah Takac, CFCA: Takac rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown, passed for 47 yards and a touchdown and converted four point-after-touchdown passes against Heart Academy.

Khristian Tate, Covenant: The senior running back had nine carries for 170 yards and three touchdowns against Nathanael Greene.

Dontavious Thompson, CFCA: Thompson ran for 158 yards and three touchdowns on nine carries against Heart Academy.

Sean Walker, Howard: The senior linebacker had 14 tackles against Central.

Garrett Walters, Jeff Davis: The fullback carried 16 time for 186 yards and a touchdown in the 32-14 win over North Cobb Christian.

Warner Robins offensive line: Anchored by center Bailey Harrell, the Demons blocked for an offense that cracked the 500-yard mark for the second straight week, this time against Region 2-AAAAA foe Greenbrier.

Jonathan Warren, CFCA: Warren ran for 147 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries against Heart Academy.

Kareem Warren, Westside: The senior defensive tackle returned a fumble 27 yards for a touchdown against Harris County.

Ladarian Womack, Rutland: The senior ran for 66 yards and three touchdowns, including both of Rutland’s touchdowns in overtime, in the Hurricanes’ 34-28 win Thursday over Northeast.
