Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reports store robbery

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reported a robbery at the Dollar General located in Juliette on Monday.

According to the sheriff’s office, a black male described as being 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds with a “mustache, medium complexion, wearing black sunglasses, black short sleeve shirt, black pants and black work boots” robbed the Dollar General at approximately 5:40 p.m. The sheriff’s office reported, “No one was injured as a result of this robbery, and the robber only was able to take a couple of packs of cigarettes.”
