Fort Valley State men headed to SIAC title game

The Fort Valley State men knocked off Benedict 69-54 on Friday in the SIAC Tournament semifinals and will play in the tournament’s championship game.

The championship is set for 8 p.m. on Saturday at the Bill Harris Arena in Birmingham, Alabama.

Jalen Crawford led the Wildcats with 19 points, while Tyler Edwards had 18 and James Barnes added 12 points and a team-high 11 rebounds.
