Jared Daniels, Macon County
Proving the Bulldogs are balanced, Daniels ran 11 times for 233 yards — an average of 21.2 yards a carry — and two touchdowns against Taylor County.
Trevor Evans, John Milledge
The Trojans’ quarterback threw for 176 yards and three touchdowns on 9-of-12 passing in shortened duty in a 52-0 win over Briarwood.
Jake Fromm, Houston County
Fromm completed 24-of-36 for 309 yards and three touchdowns, while adding 72 rushing yards and a score, in the Greyhounds’ comeback win at Spalding.
Jourdain Irvin, Stratford
Irvin, who swapped positions with Tobe Umerah and started at defensive end against Lincoln County, wound up with seven tackles, three assists, a tackle for loss, a sack, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, an interception and a pass breakup in the Eagles’ victory.
K’Hari Lane, Macon County
Lane was efficient with big plays, completing 11-of-16 for 340 yards and five touchdowns against Taylor County.
Jermall Lucas, Veterans
The Warhawks’ defensive tackle had 10 tackles in Veterans’ win over visiting Perry.
Whit Mason, Trinity Christian
The Crusaders’ quarterback completed 18-of-31 for 173 yards and two touchdowns against Frederica.
Jordan Slocum, Southwest
Southwest’s quarterback completed 9-of-14 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns and added 62 yards and two touchdowns on the ground against Dodge County.
Gunnar Watson, Taylor County
The junior was 19-of-31 for 207 yards with a touchdown and interception in the loss to Macon County.
