Three Mercer women’s soccer players received all-Southern Conference recognition Tuesday.

Midfielder Maddie Clark and defender Corinne Wooten were named to the all-conference first team, while Megan Delmonico was named to the all-freshman team.

Clark, a fifth-year senior, has 13 goals, 28 points and five game-winning goals. Wooten anchors a Mercer defense that has recorded nine shutouts.

Also recognized on the first team was Samford goalkeeper Anna Maddox, a Northside product.

Mercer takes on East Tennessee State in the semifinals of the Southern Conference tournament on Friday in Johnson City, Tennessee.
