Missing girl in Amber Alert found safe

A missing 12-year-old girl who was believed to be in “extreme danger” following her abduction from Hall County has been found safe, Fox 5 Atlanta reports.

Brooklyn Smith was found Sunday with her father, Stephen Spires, and his girlfriend in Spalding County, according to the television station.

An Amber Alert was sent out on July 29, warning that Smith could be in “extreme danger.”
