Elementary school donates 1,000 items to children’s hospital

Kay Road Elementary recently donated more than 1,000 items to the Children’s Hospital, Navicent Health.

In celebration of its 100th day of school in January, each grade level at the Peach County school was asked to collect 100 items. Faculty, staff, students, parents and community members pitched in, bringing in coloring books, puzzles, Play-Doh, markers, colored pencils, toiletries, bubbles and pajamas.
