Grant funds help Russell Elementary buy reading program
The Dollar General Literacy Foundation has awarded Russell Elementary a $3,000 grant. The Warner Robins school will use the money to buy Scholastic Core Clicks, a digital reading program.
The program will help improve students’ vocabulary and reading skills. Russell Elementary was one of about 1,000 organizations across the country to receive a grant from the foundation.
